Wild and curly haired journalist. Usually found engaging in conversations with random strangers or curled up with a cup of coffee and a book.
Making a list of books I read in 2023 in hopes of actually following through with my attempt to read at least 60 books this year, a number I know isn't high, but given how much my reading has suffered in the last two years, try we shall!

Ladies, imagine someone doing your cooking, cleaning, running errands & endless invisible domestic labor. Imagine how much TIME that would free up for your career and hobbies. For the average male, that IS their reality. Then they turn around and claim women "contribute nothing."
There's no better way to end a trip to Bangalore than sitting at my favourite Third Wave, re-reading The Zoya Factor (@anujachauhan) and falling in love with Nikhil Khoda and his Boost-brown eyes all over again! ♥️😍
@MasalaBai She does! Jackie's behaviour is concerning, if not bothersome!
Micah and her friends remind me SO MUCH of all the mean girls from literally any teen rom-com. I half-expected Shelby to call Paul a "loser", in that obnoxious voice after she was done crying about the whole thing.
A stereotypical nerd returns to her hometown after she's thrown out of an Ivy League college only to find that their town's popular girl is missing, and that's Nice Girls by Catherine Dang. An interesting read, although a little predictable.
Book eight of 2023 is done!

A story of two teens in love - one killed, the other on trial for said death, Mad Honey by co-written by @jodipicoult and Jennifer Finney Boylan is a stunning read! Full of emotions, love and much more, this book is just everything!
Book seven of 2023 is done!
@SatanAtWink@UddhavParab263@noheeriye Tbh, even a bus from Gujarat to Pune would be better than travelling from Indiranagar to Whitefield. 💁🏻♀️
Not shorter, by any means, just easier.
@appadappajappa 1. Hyderabad: Part Two of the Partition Trilogy by @manreetss
2. In The Language of Remembering by @AanchalMalhotra.
Though both are 2022 books, they are brilliant and beautiful, and definitely worth a read. ❤️
@nona_uppal I'd had enough, so shot a message saying, "It was great being your friend. Take care." Blocked him.
Doesn't hurt any less losing someone I was close to during the worst of times but helps knowing that that's one toxic person out of my life.
@nona_uppal Not only did I not get a response, a common friend told me that he didn't "approve" of my dating choices from three years ago and didn't even "approve" the fact that I got married.
