@airindia at its worst again. Raised a ticket # 06194846 as CrdCrd information on cancelling the flight is appearing incorrect. Was told to contact call centre, spent 36 mins with them, no resolution & told me am claiming false. Shared proof on email. @DGCAIndia @campbellwilson
