@VLine suggestion for replacement buses - give your staff with megaphones or destination signs to hold up for buses. Trying to hear them in crowd and find the right bus impossible. A queuing system would be a good idea - dangerous overcrowding and shoving at Caroline Springs

@ShaunLintern Give patients and their families a single point of contact regarding their care and condition. Also Saturdays and Sundays and especially bank holidays were like the Marie Celeste - no one to help or ask about anything
