@EuropcarUK absolutely disgusting by your customer service today. Told I couldn’t have car I booked because they don’t allow premium car hire if you don’t have a flight number. Offered id3, asked for the difference to be refunded. They cancelled original hire and increased price!
@TicketmasterCS@TicketmasterCS it is the day of the event and I still don’t have the option to transfer the tickets. It was not advertised when the tickets went on sale that you could not transfer the tickets otherwise I wouldn’t have bought my friends ticket.
