VIDEO | Leh: The 72-km Khardung La Challenge Ladakh marathon kicked off at 3 AM from Khardung Village.

Cheered for Silk Route Ultra (122 km) and Khardungla (72 km) @Ladakh_Marathon finishers in the main Leh market today. Got teary eyed throughout the day.
The entire city came to cheer. Some runners were unable to walk but were still pushing, some were really old, some were hallucinating after running for 20+ hrs continuously and some were doing cartwheels and headstands after completing 122 km.
The last finisher was unable to run and was walking slowly towards the finish line with just 40 seconds left. The crowd cheered so hard that she sprinted and crossed the finish line with just 2 seconds left.
Humans are limitless. We all are made to believe we are average and achievements like these are meant for crazy people. In reality, each one of us has the potential to be this crazy if we want to. 11/10 experience.
Today is #ForestMartyrsDay.
To remember hundreds who lost their lives on line of duty, while managing 23% land cover of #India.
From officers to scores of front line staff who worked to maintain ecological security of the country.
You cannot remotely imagine how extraordinary this is.
Maintaining a 6:00 min/km pace for 122 km at an altitude ranging from 12,000 to 17,000 feet is simply out of this world. It means running for 12 hours and 12 minutes at an average speed of nearly 10 km/h. 99.9% of people wouldn’t even be able to run a sub 1 hour 10K on a flat track at sea level. Mindfukinblowing 🤯
Election Commission allowing a brazen money laundering of ₹1700 crores through dummy political parties in Gujarat was EXPOSED by BBC.
Is it because the BJP is involved? If yes, this is the crime of the century.
ECI MUST come clean immediately and explain this mystery

Delhi Deleted!
Only 1 voter left in a polling booth in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk - 908 names deleted!
As per the voter list of 1-1-2025, Polling Booth number 33 in AC Chandni Chowk had 909 voters. Kamal Lal, a resident, told us that the jhuggi cluster was demolished in 2023 but the residents continue to live there. They voted in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections elections and the 2025 Delhi Assembly Elections.
During the SIR process, residents submitted their enumeration forms- in fact, many even have the acknowledgment signed by the BLO. However, the minutes of meeting of BLO-BLA of the polling booth wrongly state that only 1 enumeration form was collected during house to house visits.
The deletion list (ASDD) of this polling booth records 728 deletions during SIR while 180 deletions appear to have been made in the pre-SIR mapping exercise!
Now the residents are being told unless they furnish electricity or water bills or proof of land ownership they can’t be on the voter list. This is completely absurd. The ECI manual recognises the right of even homeless people to be registered as voters.
@CeodelhiOffice must immediately address this mass disenfranchisement.
A beautiful moment from the wild, a monitor lizard searching a tree hollow for food. This is where a monitor lizard belongs, alive, free and performing its role in nature. Yet many wild animals are taken from precisely such habitats and pushed into the brutal chain of illegal wildlife trade. The recent case of five young orangutans in Odisha spotlights the dark reach of international wildlife trafficking. But behind such shocking cases lies a vast and often invisible trade involving thousands of species, from pangolins, to lesser-noticed reptiles such as monitor lizards.
India is home to four species of monitor lizards, the Bengal Monitor, Yellow Monitor, Desert Monitor and Common Water Monitor. All four are protected under Schedule I of the Wildlife (Protection) Act. Yet they continue to be hunted and traded for their meat, skins, oil and body parts, some of which are deceptively sold for rituals and traditional remedies.
Science is now helping enforcement agencies expose this hidden crime. Scientists at Tamil Nadu’s Advanced Institute for Wildlife Conservation use DNA forensics to identify monitor-lizard remains recovered during seizures.
Wildlife crime knows no boundaries and it does not affect only the species that make headlines. Stopping it requires strong interstate and international cooperation, intelligence-sharing, vigilant enforcement by Forest Departments, Customs, DRI and WCCB, greater public awareness and scientific tools such as DNA forensics to uncover the networks and bring offenders to justice.

Nobody asked for AI to be inserted into every little part of our lives. I don’t need a machine to summarize my messages before I’ve even opened them I’m perfectly capable of reading my own emails and deciding what matters to me.
Stop automating things that were never a problem in the first place. Some of us would actually like to use our own brains.
728 out of 729 voters deleted from a single polling booth in Delhi. If this does not expose the sinister nature of the SIR exercise, what will?
Polling officials are reportedly justifying this mass deletion by claiming that the voters’ homes are “unauthorised.”
And this is what we have been saying all along: SIR is a war on the poor, the migrants and the underprivileged — people who already have so little, and are now being deprived of their right to vote.
We have already seen how the deletion of voters from electoral rolls was weaponised by the BJP to deny people their rations and welfare benefits. This should not be treated as an exception. But as a warning. The BJP's intentions are forever questionable.
If allowed to continue unchecked, rights painstakingly institutionalised over decades since Independence could be eroded, one by one, by the BJP’s electoral machinations and political depravity.
The Supreme Court must take suo motu cognisance of this matter and strike down this unconstitutional exercise.
You all are uploading your photos to ChatGPT for a silly trend? Are you all not aware how desperate these AI companies are for this data? Are you not aware that OpenAI and other such AI companies are selling their services to defence departments of countries who are waging wars? Are you not aware that your data will be used to train their models for facial recognition? Are you not aware that various governments, including the union and state governments in India, and its police departments are weaponising facial recognition to surveil citizens?
