Senior Sam Belcher came to the program late in the 2021 season and immediately became the team’s lockdown defender.

In addition to his relentless defense, Sam collected his 100th ground ball this season.

Junior Grady Browne led the team and state in assists, and was sixth in recorded assist average nationally. He also led the team in points, scoring 28 goals to total 75 points, and surpassed 100 points for his career.

The ambidextrous attackman keyed the team’s offensive sets.

Freshman Everett King set three freshman program scoring records for goals, assists, and total points.

The potent lefty attackman was an integral part of the team’s offensive game-plan from the beginning to the end of the season.

Sophomore David Pennington compiled the most prolific first two seasons in program history, setting underclass records for both goals and total points.

The righty possesses a cannon shot that drew extra defensive attention from opposing teams all season long.

After falling into a 9-3 hole to Cooper on Senior Day the Mavericks tied the game 13-13 with 1.6 seconds left but fell in overtime 13-14.
