1. Bought a shoe, Outsole got broken, Got exchanged after lot of difficulties.
2. Bought another shoe adding extra bucks and now the insole is flattened.

Hey @SkechersIndia, bought shoes at 40% off (₹5399). Within a week the outsole came off. Exchange was approved but store refuses same pair as it’s back to ₹8999—forcing me to pick only worth ₹5399. Why punish customers for your defect? Shameful policy.

@Cyberdost please stop screen sharing option on WhatsApp in India. Scamsters has been active and getting OTP of bank transactions through screen sharing. My friend just got scammed for 20k today. And I am sure there are many. Scam was in the name of mngl bill.
