If you don’t face the pressure, you’ll never discover who you really are. The higher you go, the more pressure there will be. After a while, the pressure will subside and you’ll find out that you’re stronger than you think.
Whatever God put in your heart, go after it. Quit looking at how impossible it is, how long it’s been, what you don’t have. Shake off the disappointments, what didn’t work out, who left you. You have greatness in you.
You may have been through things that weren’t fair, things you don’t understand, that knocked the wind out of you, but you have to know that didn’t stop God’s plan for your life. What He started, He’s going to finish. Now you have to do your part and stir it up.
God is fighting for you. He’s bigger than any force that’s trying to hold you back. He’s bigger than negative words that were spoken over you. You wouldn’t have those challenges if there weren't greatness in you.
We should live with anticipation. Yes, we all have difficulties. We all face obstacles, but don’t let that talk you out of what God wants to do. You wouldn’t be here if there wasn’t something amazing in your future.
You don’t need everyone to be for you; you just need the right people to be for you. God has already ordained divine connections that will help you fulfill your purpose.
It looks like it’s going to take a long time to get well, to break the addiction, to meet the right person. No, get ready. It’s going to happen quickly. It’s going to be unusual, out of the ordinary. You’re going to know it’s the hand of God.
Choose to spend time with people who add to your life. There is enough in this world that will try to take away from you. Be intentional about how you fill yourself up and choose your friends wisely.
Don’t go to God weak, intimidated, telling Him how you don’t measure up. Go boldly. Go with confidence, knowing that you’re forgiven, knowing that He’s for you.
When you honor God with your life, there is a blessing He puts on you that gives you an advantage. You won’t have room to receive all the good things God has in store.
You’ve spent enough energy on the past; that’s not taking you anywhere. Kiss the disappointment goodbye. You can’t embrace the new things God has in store as long as you’re holding onto the old.
You can’t pray away every difficulty; you can’t pray away everything you don’t like. If the situation is not changing, then God is using the situation to change you.
