Before yall apply just know while this job is amazing and has great benefits it’s not for everyone, you cannot smoke weed cannot drink a certain time before work, you have to be okay with not having weekends and holidays off, having those layovers in places like Dayton Ohio and not Paris France, having those 10 hour layovers and 4am shuttles to the airport, being on call 24 hours a day up to 6 days a week (depending on your schedule) and while you’re on call you cannot drink bc that is considered on duty, your schedule can change at a moments notice, you sometimes work 20 hours a day, you have really great amazing passengers but sometimes people yell at you and you can’t talk back, and you have to be ready to pick up trash and clean up vomit and deal with medicals and know an emergency can occur at any moment and you have to be willing to jump in in the event of an emergency and being gone from loved ones and you have to present yourself a certain way on the concourse and the aircraft, while I love being a flight attendant being a flight attendant isn’t just travel to amazing places
