Last straw was today, when they reached the contractor that’s been mia for 3 weeks, and he says everything was fine at my house. Even though I had security footage of him saying it was broke, they would not give me another contractor unless I paid the deductible again. I’m good✌️🏽

Been on phone with customer service for past 2 hours, since they stopped responding to my DMs here. Supervisor called me, pretended he couldn't hear me, and hung uo, and now back to square one again. Such a joke. Still no hot water, 15 days later.

@AHS_Warranty @AHS_Warranties Finally get AHS to switch to a new contractor. They give me literally the worst plumber in my area. I ask for a new contractor and they send it back to orginal contractor that has been missing in action since they came to my house on the 23rd. Wtf

@AHS_Warranty Hot water tank broke on 1/21. Contractor no showed on 1/22, showed on 1/23 and then disappeared without submitting diagnostic. I’ve been calling and DMing AHS since 1/26 (1/28, 1/30, and 2/2) Every time it’s the samething "we left VM and sent email - wait 48 hours."

A few agents have said they’ve escalated it "contractor relations", but never heard form anyone. Fair warning all: If your contractor does not submit diagnostic code, you are screwed. I just want a new contractor or refund before I reverse charges on CC. #ahs #americanhomesheild
