There is a university running a bursary scum to which many have fallen victims. I have received over 26 testimonies. The bursary bait is used to enrol many unsuspecting excited ‘beneficiaries’ who later end up being trapped in fees when they’re already inside. In some cases, insiders will extort money from applicants promising bursaries, and they even issue bursary admissions, which the university denies as fake when it is too late for the student to change university. Beware, not all ‘bursaries’ are actually bursaries. Some are, some are traps. At the right time, all this information/testimonies will be laid bare for all to see the scum. No one will succeed in abusing Ugandans while silencing them from speaking out.

On August 31, 2026, @UgandaPrisons confirmed that former Kampala Lord Mayor @EriasLukwago_ had been evacuated from Luzira Prison to the Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) in Lubowa for medical attention. Prisons said he was stable and not in danger. Yet detailed public information about his condition, treatment and continued detention has remained limited.
Lukwago's medical concerns include hypertension and chronic respiratory complications, including post-COVID lung disease and mild cylindrical bronchiectasis. His health has featured in applications for bail and calls for specialised treatment in India.

🚨FRAMED IN NAIROBI. CONDEMNED IN ADVANCE.

For 22 months, the State told Uganda and the world that it caught Dr Kizza Besigye and Hajji Obeid Lutale red-handed with two pistols.

On Tuesday, the State's OWN star witness, Andrew Wilson alias "Orlando", told the High Court that the Kenyan Police planted those guns. The police rented the room at Riverside Apartments and staged the scene, and he lured the two men into it.

His story on the guns has changed three times:

❌ First, in his police statement, he never mentioned a pistol.

❌ Then he said Dr Besigye brought the guns.

❌ Now he says the Kenyan Police planted them, and he admits that he himself handled and unloaded them.

And the pistols have disappeared from the case. The DPP dropped them. No fingerprint, DNA or ballistics report exists on the record, and in 22 months no one has produced the guns in court.

A State that must plant guns to make its case HAS NO CASE.

On the very day the frame fell apart, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba declared on X that Besigye and his lawyer, Hon. Erias Lukwago, "will never get bail." Courts decide bail, not generals. A general who announces the verdict mid-trial does not trust the evidence.

This is not a prosecution. It is political hostage-taking.

✊ WE DEMAND:

✅ The immediate, unconditional release of Dr Besigye, Hajji Lutale and Hon. Lukwago;

✅ The termination of this fabricated case;

✅ An independent inquiry in Kenya into the officers who planted the evidence;

✅ An end to military threats against the courts; and

✅ Diplomats in Kampala and Nairobi: watch this trial. The world is watching.
