Grateful for this course in contributing to my understanding of the science relating to climate change. This will allow me a more enlightened perspective in making socially, economically and environmentally conscience decisions in the future. #Phys273#ClimateChange
its crazy how much cheaper photovoltaic solar cells have gotten in the past decades! From $90/W (1975) to $0.95/W (2012), a significant decrease! They've probably continued to get cheaper since 2012 & it's really encouraging to see renewable sources of energy becoming accessible.
The cost of solar energy has been decreasing significantly over the past several decades... Do you guys feel this trend will continue? #Lesson6#SolarEnergy 🌞🔌
Learned that there is 10, 000 times more solar energy coming to Earth's surface than our global annual fossil fuel demand #Lesson6#PhotovoltaicElectricity 🤯🌞
