it’s still so weird to me that no cycle tracking apps allow logging instances of out-of-cycle flow without impacting other cycle predictions/etc. you either log it as something else, don’t log it at all, or the apps treat it as a hard data point of a new cycle start

tbh i swapped to the next sheet in the same pack two days ago and i’m definitely feeling off again - i do feel it overall just makes me lethargic, and each time there’s some subtle change it just messes me up a little

it helps my PMDD a tonne but i might have a break from it tbh

two times now that getting a new pack of Slinda has triggered PMDD and eventually a period. i know my body is super sensitive to fluctuations, but there can’t be that much variance between packs can there? 😅 unless it’s just like, entirely coincidental

@dildoduchess @mhmthatsrightno that’s not something explicitly tied to assigned sex. there are many intersex people who were assigned male who are impacted by the price of menstrual products and abortion laws, like myself. assigned sex doesn’t define someone’s body, it’s an indefinite label given by doctors
