Do they not understand the meaning of their own words?
Or do they believe there are no users left who should be refunded?

People should not forget everything that has happened so far. Rebuilding trust is not something that can be achieved so easily. For a company making statements like this, thinking that refunding only a portion of users will somehow restore trust seems deeply naive.

Personally, I think it’s time to abandon that expectation.
