After years of suffering from travel sickness, I finally tried tablets yesterday. This working on the train thing is really quite pleasant when you're not slowly turning green!
👂We’ve listened to what you have to say.
📢Great news! We are continuing our PVG fee waiver for Qualifying Voluntary Organisations.
This means if you are a volunteer you won’t need to pay for a PVG disclosure.

The seminar we had with Peter this morning was eye-opening. There were so many lightbulb moments for us all. Looking forward to seeing how we take forward trauma-informed leadership in CHAS.
My cat Moriarty is keeping me company on my desk today as I sniff and sneeze my way through Friday. Sound on to hear how content he is to be beside me.
🎉 Exciting news! Our longtime friend Ewan McGregor has teamed up with Lochranza Distillery to create 150 exclusive bottles of Arran Single Malt whisky, with all proceeds going to CHAS. (1/5)
Delighted to be asked to take part in this video on behalf of @supportCHAS. Safeguarding is such an important topic and one we take very seriously at CHAS.

Cancer survivors involved in the event come along to our special survivor evening each year and get their photo taken for the presentation. I've watched one survivors hair slowly growing back over the last few years and it gives me so much joy.
This may look like work but it's part of my volunteering role. Tonight I'm pulling together our Heroes of Hope presentation for @CR_UK Relay For Life Peterhead. I've done it for years now and the best bit is getting to see how our survivors progress year on year.
