@KatieFforde I’m going to vote for them being on a chair where you’ve shrugged dressing gown off, it’s slipped down and then you’ve put another jacket or cardigan over the back of the chair and hidden them.... can you tell this is a problem I am familiar with?

@Hermesparcels I already have. When I go through the automated system I cannot speak to an actual person. When I put the tracking number in it says no information can be found. I’ve tried 8 times and got nowhere, used “Holly” and got an email with a link that doesn’t work.

@Hermesparcels I would nominate a courier if I knew who they were. Been waiting since Sat for them to collect my parcel which I’ve paid extra to have collected from my home due to shielding. Tracking info says I told you I no longer need it collecting. Complete rubbish!

@KatieFforde I gave up McDonald’s for lent last year... a few weeks in we went into lockdown and I couldn’t have gone even if I wanted to 😂 I only go for the McFlurries and the mozzarella dippers 🙈

@Oxsox @Hermesparcels @Hermesparcels Same experience here. Paid for parcel to be collected. Tracking says I told them it no longer needs to be collected. Auto helpline useless and chat with “Holly” the same. Just want to speak to a person!

Feel like crying with frustration at the ineptitude of @Hermesparcels Will never ever use their parcel collection service again. It’s impossible to speak to a human and their online help is useless.

@Hermesparcels literally reduced to tears this morning trying to contact customer services because your courier failed to collect my parcel on Saturday. Automated service says you don’t have my parcel and can’t help. I just want to speak to someone real!

@YouBelong_2019 finally managed to finish my journaling page. It’s going to form part of a 2 page project I’ve been working on using a free download kit from @PitterAndGlink hence the page now being sealed in a clear bag. Loved doing this one.
