My squats are pretty solid anyway, but Iโve been asked to make some small adjustments so as my squats align more towards my goal - being in how I breathe & brace and not to soften my knees before I descend.

Slow eccentric ConV deads at 100kg, to reinforce positioning. Slowly falling back in โค๏ธ with deadโs again ๐ค (well the conventional variation anyway).
Considering this is my usual starting warm up weight, 3 sets of 4 reps of this, and I was ๐ฅต
