1. Look at the title page.
2. Study the table of contents.
3. Check the index.
4. Read the publisherβs blurb.
5. Look at chapters that seem to be pivotal at its argument.
6. Read one or two paragraph, sometime several pages in sequence.
How to read a book.
If you read something and you understand it, it just adds more facts to what you already know.
If you read something that you donβt understand, challenge yourself to read it thoroughly and figure it out. That is the process of increasing your understanding.

One idea stayed with me:
Young: time and health, but little money.
Middle-aged: money and health, but little time.
Older: money and time, but health may decline.
The goal? Enjoy all three at once.
