@esrtweet@Thomashornall It's a comfort food for me. My good memories of this cheese has to do with which foods you bring to a remote cabin. It wasn't something we ate at home that much but it was an amazing treat in the mountains.

@PJ11819211 I don't think that's it. If it were, genetic programming and evolutionary computing would have led to at least some breakthroughs long ago. State of the art auto-research still "mixes and matches", but there is something categorically different about these results.
@TRND__SA Dutch cheese is so incredibly good. It more than makes up for all of their food crimes. I would say it's by far the best cheese in the world, but it's mostly hard cheese, so it's a shared 1st place with France really.
