Today TDOT officials held a press event to talk about the I-40 Hernando DeSoto Bridge closure. The inspection is still underway, and could take a couple weeks to complete. A timeline will be shared as soon as we have one. Continue to use alternate routes.

Also that just shows that no matter what happens, if you keep showing up & doing the work, it’s gonna pay off. No matter how much it might have sucked to have to do high bar banded box squats, I still showed up and did the work.

I had v low expectations for my total at this meet in 12 days until my deadlift decided to SHOW UP & SHOW OUT on Friday. From tweaking my low back & not being able to competition squat & then switching to sumo and having to relearn how to deadlift... this prep has been a ride.

Seeing a PT was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have completely changed my mobility and warm up routine because of him. 10/10
