@EcoCashZW@econet_support@econetzimbabwe i am begging you to improve your customer service provision. I had a query about @EcoCashZW on Sunday evening and 3 days later i am still being told that my query will be done in 24 to 72hrs. My esim isnt working and its the same story

1. I got an esim in my phone today and it was working well near econet in b/dale and now am home it has no network. Are you now issuing geolocked esims and if so why.
2. My ecocash app is saying max # of devices reached yo team said they cant assist
@kerinamujati Anyone is capable of representing Zimbabwe anywhere. @collinsmunangagwa is just audacious to be clad in Zim colours and be proud of it. So may we all represent our country our efforts cumulatively with take our country to unprecedented heights
Imagine getting to the nearest econet and was told there are just 2 branches offering the service. @econet_support why are you offering a disservice to us. Its seems there is information asymmetry within the organisation.
