@Salems_Demons I've seen a lot of people say the writing is watering down his character & i don't think that's true. They've told us before, but he doesn't know what he really wants. All he has is this desperation to be seen and live, so he latches onto any reason he can to keep moving forward.

They can add in a filler story, especially when endgame fans have been begging for more content. They have a whole section for it that they never use.

@charvoschitoil ALSO sm pulling a multiverse move makes even more sense if you listen to his theme which sounds despicably similar to timekeeper's in the cut scene. Maybe if it were a show we would have more time to let things sit, but this story was NOT rushed and very obv planned.

@charvoschitoil On top of that, i thought it was p clear from by ep 12 that white lily would pull a self sacrifice move by the end of the story. All her lines in kingdom point to this alongside her having no battle interactions with the other ancients.
