I’ll admit it, I do ice breakers in Intro to Geoscience. They each pick a mineral and try to scratch a block of ice with said mineral and then we talk about the Mohs Hardness Scale at the end and so yes we “break ice” and it may be my favorite first day class ever sorry not sorry
