Got DysonAW on 21July. In less than a month they retired it and came up with AWmulti-styler. No info by the seller on new model. They’re unwilling to exchange it, though the new model has the same price. Cheap tactics to sell outdated products

Also while purchasing the machine my main requirement was hair straightening which was confirmed by the salesperson. This is a horrible bulky machine which does not serve my purpose at all.

Super frustrating. The customer care says they can only exchange it with the old model. It’s funny as they have stopped selling old model! @consumerforum_
