@Delta Horrific experience on flight DL1275. How can we go from the first leg of our trip being wonderful, to a nightmare? The consistency of service is absent.

@RDU @RDUAirport never plan on flying through here again. Thanks for the 2 hours of security line, cutting CLEAR customers out of their line and in front of us because their flights were more important, and thus missing our flight. Terrible airport!

@DeltaNewsHub tried to book flight to YVR, the flight keeps erroring online so I called CS and was told the flight that is advertised, is not available. I was on hold for 22 mins while the CS asked for technical support and told they can't help. Why am I still loyal?
