Today, we ask ourselves why mental illnesses are so prominent or why the topic of mental health has become so popular.
We think maybe we are weaker than our predecessors because all of it feels new.
But it's not!
The language around mental health and mental illnesses has changed drastically allowing us to talk about these subjects as they really are with minimal biases.

Not all meaningful relationships will be effortless. Putting in effort doesn't invalidate the relationship.
Why do I crave a romantic relationship so much?
You can't self-love your way out of desiring companionship. This desire is not always a sign of low self-esteem or dependence. Try to embrace it and not judge it. Listen to what it's telling you about what you need.
Why is silence so triggering for me?
