@RanaHiggins24 @AmericanHernia As a nearly graduated trainee with equal numbers of lap and robotic inguinal, a major factor to me is cost. If it's a small hernia and low BMI patient, I would be willing to do it lap to save money (and maybe time), but any degree of complexity and I'm finding robot block time
