I honestly don’t understand how some people are defending a person who committed murder. Instead of justifying the act, think about the parents who lost their son.

If she wanted to avoid that situation, there were many other options available—choosing murder was not one of them.

What concerns me even more is the mindset behind defending such a crime. What kind of values and environment are we creating if we start excusing murder?

Please remember: there is no excuse for murder. Learn to call good good and bad bad.

For weeks, 24-year-old Ketan Agrawal was busy planning the perfect birthday for the woman he loved.

Friends say he was deeply in love with his fiancée, Siya Goyal, and wanted to make her special day unforgettable.
But what Ketan believed would be a celebration of love allegedly turned into a deadly betrayal. According to investigators, Siya was allegedly involved in a relationship with another man, Chetan Chaudhary, even as preparations for her marriage to Ketan were underway.

Police suspect that the duo conspired to eliminate Ketan, a plan that allegedly culminated on June 18, Siya's birthday.

What has shocked many is a social media post shared by Siya exactly a month before Ketan's death. On May 18, she uploaded a "Birthday Countdown" story on Instagram, showcasing Ketan's efforts to make her birthday memorable. The videos portrayed a happy couple deeply in love, with Ketan going out of his way to surprise her.

To friends and followers, it looked like a picture-perfect relationship. Investigators now believe the reality may have been very different.

An emotional Instagram post shared by Siya Goyal, the fiancée of deceased businessman Ketan Agrawal, has resurfaced on social media following a major development in the investigation into his death.

The post, uploaded on Goyal’s birthday shortly after Agrawal’s death, featured a video montage accompanied by messages expressing grief and loss, including the line, “Why did you leave me when I loved you so much?” At the time, the post attracted widespread sympathy, as Agrawal’s death had reportedly been treated as a trekking accident near Lohagad Fort.

However, the case took a dramatic turn after investigators uncovered evidence that allegedly pointed to a conspiracy behind the death. Police have since booked and detained Siya Goyal and another accused, alleging that they conspired to murder Agrawal and stage the incident as an accidental fall during a trek.

The viral social media post has now become a subject of public discussion as the investigation progresses. Police are continuing to probe the circumstances surrounding the death and the alleged roles of those accused.

What started as a furious family disagreement resulted in a tragic death, and years later, the Telangana High Court has ruled that the woman involved should only pay a fine!

According to the prosecution, the woman attacked her husband with a knife during a sudden fight, resulting in his death. Initially, authorities filed the case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with murder.

However, the trial court later concluded that the case did not amount to murder and instead convicted her under Section 304 Part II of the IPC, which deals with culpable homicide that does not constitute murder. She was sentenced to four years of harsh jail with a fine.

The woman eventually contested her conviction in the Telangana High Court.

• According to the defence, the man came to the woman's parents' house naked, abused her and her family members, and caused a disturbance. The lawyers said that the woman responded unexpectedly during the argument and had no intention of killing him.

• On the other hand, the state claimed that the case was supported by strong circumstantial evidence, such as witness testimony, medical reports, and the recovery of the knife purportedly used in the crime.

The post-mortem report revealed a serious stab wound to the front side of the neck. Doctors reported that the cut had harmed internal muscles, blood vessels, ribs, and even the lung.

Medical specialists told the court that the man died as a result of significant injuries to essential organs.

Despite recognising the evidence against the woman, the High Court stated that the act was not planned. The court observed that before the incident, the deceased had first come to the house carrying dates for the children. Following an argument, he left the scene, but later returned nude and allegedly abused the woman and her family again.

The woman acted "in a spur of anger" during a violent confrontation, according to Justice Tirumala Devi Eada. 

With this observation, the High Court upheld her conviction under Section 304 Part II IPC but cancelled the four-year prison sentence and modified the punishment to a fine of ₹500.

Honestly , this is literally pushing people to the edge. I can only wonder what I would do if something like this is done to me.

This woman contributed nothing to that man's life. He would have been a free man in 40 years no matter what crime he committed. But he duly followed the law and look what the law does to him
