@UberEats Instead I was told that because the merchant accepted the order I couldn’t be refunded which makes no sense. This isn’t the merchants or customers fault, it’s Ubers fault for not being able to get a driver and giving incorrect delivery times. 4/5

@UberEats i couldn’t get connected to an agent and the only option was accepting a $73 cancelation fee. I figured I could accept and then chat after to explain that obviously I should be refunded given the order was coming way late. But nope. 3/5

@UberEats The order kept being delayed and finally it popped up saying latest arrival 10:25am (which was never shown until 1 hour until the order). Finally said order arriving 10:30 - 10:35am, which was past latest arrival anyways. 2/5
