The reading date was 2nd of every month and the payment due date was the 16th.

How is it possible? & Will be penalized in the next bill.
This is unfair.

@agarwalpacker I have booked for transportation/shifting of my domestic household items, while booking your representative asked about major items.
While packing now I have been told that each box will be charged ₹800/-.
The respons of Customer care after booking was very poor.
