The word Guru means the one who dispels darkness. The Navanaths — nine celestial sages who incarnated on Earth at Krishna's command — are the Guru principle walking among us. Their lineage flows from Adinath, Shiva himself, through Dattatreya, and into the world.
The Navanath Bhaktisaar is not just a text — it is their company. The tradition holds it as jagrut, awake. To read it is to sit in the satsang of the Nine, and the Naths are said to move toward the one who remembers them.
