@UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care When I called them today on the 11th of July to check on the status of my complaint, they said it would take 30 days for the complaint to be processed. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. So a total of 60 days minimum for a simple address update?

@UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care is an absolute joke. I put in an online request for an address update on the 3rd of June - according to the website, a request like that will be resolved in 30 days - it didn't happen. I raised a complaint on the 4th of July regarding the same. 1/2

@UIDAI has the worst service ever. Applied for an address update, the process has been stuck in the validation stage for 30 days and when I called the helpline on 1947, they told me it'll take another 30 days for the issue to be resolved. Horrendous.
