The iceberg model (e.g.: the “iceberg” success memes) hasn’t been resonating with me lately for a few reasons, so I’ve been experimenting with different imagery. I’m thinking a lot of roots, extending beyond what is frame-able…all that is unseen but still a part of who we are.

So many churches in the U.S. canceled Sunday services because of Christmas. Meanwhile in Ukraine, churches under Russian occupation continue to meet daily to pray together— even when all their pastors had to evacuate due to threats to their lives.
