The Omaha Police Department, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, is actively investigating a report of a missing 12-year-old girl, Ava Little Eagle.

Ava Little Eagle was last seen on August 19, 2025 at 12:18 a.m. walking southbound from area of 39th & Vinton Street carrying a large backpack or duffle bag. Ava is 5’1”, 150 lbs, & has black hair & black eyes.

Officers and investigators are working diligently to follow all leads & ensure Ava’s safe return.

Please call 911 if you see Ava or know her whereabouts.
