However Netanyahu purposely chose to make partners with Hamas. Israelis heavily criticize him for this as it was a deliberate choice to prevent peace.

The land being occupied by different empires did not change that fact, nor did they change the name. It’s not alt-history fan fiction, they are basic facts.

The 1967 borders are significantly less Palestinian territory then what was in the original UN partition plan, however they are willing to accept those borders for their state, which benefits Israel

@rconde123 @MaVASteve @DanCham03014042 @KurtSchlichter They staged a premeditated attack against Egypt and Lebanon who were ruling Gaza and the West Bank since the 1948 peace agreement to protect Palestinians fleeing the Nakba. Their rule over those territories has been recognized as military occupation ever since.

It’s contradictory. Such reports long predate Iran becoming commissioner of human rights in the UN

You can become Israeli by birth if you are born in the country with Israeli parents, but that designation is not given to Palestinians as they are not seen as citizens

That land was called Palestine ever since the Roman’s gave it that name over 2000 years ago. Occupations by Ottomans and Brits didn’t change that
