@ronmortgageguy We can definitely look for excesses gov, but prior generations kicking the can is true as well. Those taxes need to come way the fuck up so ppl that are being subsidized to camp 2 to 3000sqft sell, causing supply to go up and prices to adjust. Speaking as a homeowner too.

@ronmortgageguy Ron, if 5 bucks a week is what keeps some seniors in their 4bdrmn mansion, then that's market signal they cannot afford their lifestyle. So many empty nesters on my parent's old street using 3 bdrms as storage and having artificially low appraisals and deferred tax subsidize them

If you can't afford to stay in ur 4 bdrm mcmansion in retirement and made ur home your nest egg with nothing else, it's not future generations responsibility to fund your consumption while you use a home as storage.
