Is there any shows or movies from your childhood that is the opposite of what Disney has shown. I will go first Arthur was great and I found was very educational and diverse. (1/2) #lesson11
#educ307 I would just like to say, I really enjoyed reading and interacting with everyone in Twitter and really enjoyed the topics brought up in this class. Wishing everybody good luck in their final exams.=] Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! #Lesson13
Another one but more catered to teens was Degrassi. Started rewatching it and didn't realize how much serious issues were covered in there. I don't know why my parents didn't let me watch it when I was younger. (2/2)
@mcuyler_educ307 Agree. What annoys me the most are celebrities who talks about the environment but then turns around an use private planes, or have big houses or buys a lot of cars
@P_thabet_ED307 I don't know if we can say that it is a success. Yes we can say that technology is now a part of our education but has it really made us better students.
@AriellaBerutti I agree! Isnt it funny when you listen to a podcast or something and then you finally have a face to the voice and your like oh that wasn't how I imagine you to look like lol
@Antonella40329 Interestingly, there was a study where a researcher reinterviewed her subject who were princess obsess at the age of 5 and 5 years later these girls were holding more progressive views on gender roles and were advocates of female empowerment. https://t.co/60LwD4xLBy
