@_bismack_ @kev396ss @CardPurchaser @eBay @Whatnot FYI 3 of these got updated by USPS as delivered after the buyer was refunded. Still counts against the seller. All 12 are from eBay standard delivery for cards. 3 out of 1000 and you’re below standard.

@WillLewis_1976 @_bismack_ @kev396ss @CardPurchaser @eBay @Whatnot It’s a product of how awful eBay shipping is for standard envelope under $20. 1 filing a claim and the seller doesn’t refund fast enough and you’re considered below standard. 0.35% of sales without proven delivery is considered below standard
