@AlexHalford@Etsy Did it ever get resolved? I couldn’t get any possible human to look into my case. What a shame…3 years of hard work and passion wasted just because no human in seller support can look into my account and properly resolve the issue. How to keep commerce human?
@Etsy Hi, my account got temporarily suspended due to an error in verification with Persona. I am Persona/verified in LinkedIn so I’m not sure why this occurred over a 3 yo shop. I’m not receiving any helpful replies from support to do non-biometric verification as it is an option. 💔
