. Fasting and Abstinence: Fasting and abstaining from meat, similar to Lent, can be practiced.

. Penance: Choose a specific sacrifice or act of self-denial to offer to God.

. Charity: Engage in acts of love and service towards those in need.

. Scripture Reading and Meditation: Read and reflect on the Book of Revelation or other relevant passages.
