Why does the Sun look so much different when you actually zoom in on it with a camera...than the flaming fireball of death cartoon version NASA taught all of us as kids? ☀️���

It's not just the Sun btw...literally every image of stars and planets NASA shows us is computer-generated. All celestial bodies look completely different when viewed through a non-A.I. camera/telescope yourself.

(Emphasis on the "non-A.I." - most all modern telescopes now have "image enhancement" functions installed, i.e. manipulating what you actually see through the viewfinder so it matches the fake NASA version. I'm dead serious.)

Why are all of these international space agencies, and by extension now even the optical/telescope industries, so collectively-focused on preventing us from understanding what's actually in our sky? 🤔
