@ILOVETOUR lied to us! They told us we were getting a coach at 3pm. Now it could be coming tomorrow morning, a night in the services. Running the same 3 buses back and fourth from Cali. @ILOVETOUR give us a refund!

We have been told we could be here for a further 12 hours at Dover, Folkestone services. With no food, nothing and absolutely no information. @ILOVETOUR should own up and cancel for safety of everyone.
