Here are your key dates for the @Cardiff_Rugby Defender Cup U12s - U14s as well as the Regional Cups for U15s & U16s for the 23/24 season.

Sign ups will open for the U12s to U15s at 12pm on the 31st July and a link will be emailed to all of last years entries as well as shared on this account for any new team entries from the Cardiff Rugby region.
