Internet reliability is of utmost importance in this day and age. “Providers” provide! @PLDT_Cares each month i have issues with your service at home. So fast when it comes to billings and from several areas (email,text,etc) but the service? #shit #refund #unreliability #ripoff

Why dont you lessen your marketing budget and provide better service instead. Hundreds of millions every year is pumped into useless marketing, but you can’t guarantee the service @pldt The Philippines needs a better internet provider.
