Last night’s events in Mogadishu are deeply concerning. Somalia has paid too high a price for conflict.

As Somalia remains under Chapter 7 and relies on IMF, WB, AfDB, and bilateral support, restraint and dialogue are needed now more than ever. Somalia must come before politics.
