May I remind all of you just 4 days before Isaias tracked into NC then Interstate 95 northward the ECMWF showed it as a weak low in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. No I don't trust any operational model never mind 9 to 10 days or more.

Poof the 0z ECMWF has no tropical cyclones other than a spin up in the western gulf perhaps in several days. You all should have learned your lessons about long range models. I cautioned about it more than 12 hours ago
