Well it happens only in Dubai, UAE.After a long flight, I forget my wallet in the plane. 24hrs later I was reunited with my wallet thanks to the super supportive staff of @emirates, @DubaiAirports, @DubaiPoliceHQ

It was not at all organised. For a silver and premium economy customer their was no proper guidance.

@flyspicejet On the SG13 flight. These were the standards.
Broken seats. Seats unable to keep upright. Emergency door light not working. Lights are held in place with tape.
This has become a serious issue and DGCA should take note.

@flyspicejet Another painful spicejet flight. SG13. AC is not working, no air bridge, broken and torn seats.
Checkin staff is unorganised.
Charge a lot for the seat and provide crap service seems to be motto of Spicejet.
@flyspicejet SG52 delayed by over 2 hrs. No apologies message from captain or crew. Flight not cleaned well, state transport buses are better. Wish we had another flight option to pune
@Computershare Are you really a global leader ???? Worst customer service, no wonder everyone is moving their shares to other brokers. Been over 30 days and no resolution to my problem. Every long distance calls ends in "Sure check back in 5 business days"... really...???
