I had a time management revelation today when I learned how to double the speed of our asynch videos. The icon on the right of the time of the video allows you to increase the speed at which view the video. #swgroups577

I had an in-service at work in which we had small group facilitators and it obviously reminded me of #swgroups577. Typically I hate this sort of thing at work, but I really enjoyed it this time and appreciated the route our facilitators took:)

I just saw a news story about group therapy conducted for sex offenders in our state prison system that made me think of #swgroups577. A piece of the story discussed how this group therapy isn't an option until the prison term is served and it can be difficult to access.

Had a great experience observing an AA meeting thanks to my #swgroups577 course. It's crazy to think how many people AA has supported through its efforts and open group nature. I hope everyone is having good experiences and I look forward to hearing about them!
