@VIARailStream you haven’t been on time for a single trip I’ve taken since January! … hours delay and sometimes complete stand still? This is so pathetic for a national rail system! Why the heck do you stop and wait for a train to pass? And a via train no less? 🤬

@VIA_Rail stuck on the train for almost three hours due to a fire on the track between Montreal and Ottawa. Worst thing is sitting here with no information or estimated time - nothing! You guys are honestly the worst!
