@Sierra2Tanner @LtCameron88 @HaloShowEnjoyer In all fairness, if something needed to be scrapped it would've naturally have been the modes new to the franchise rather than the campaign or multiplayer elements people have come to expect to have
@PunishedDelta Actually this is one of the few things I did like because in canon they did abandon some colonies and quietly got important people out before an attack. Now realistically reach never would've been one of these, it's too important, but I see what they went for here
@Mr_Rebs_ My assumption is "timing" actually means "the higher ups would rather wait until something akin to this is trending so we can hop on board to maximize profits"
@Blacked15722688 @iLegoMyEgo @Nerbit_13098 As a die hard halo fan I am very on board with opening up the series to more platforms and recent discourse on Twitter shows a lot of other halo fans agree
@kelskiYT@Hollowtide No the first 2 were absolutely an anomaly evident by their insane development. Halo 2 in particular had one of the worst crunches in the industry. Half the game was cut. Ce's mp maps were made by someone learning how to make them on the fly
@CactusWii@Halo_VFX@TheIshikawaRin Probably wouldn't fit the banished aesthetic all that well, the smooth aquatic like shape would clash with the sharp and bulky pieces the faction is known for
@Halo_VFX@TheIshikawaRin Or because the original version was a halo wars 2 model and 343 was trying to hard to try and make it like the hw2 version without thinking about why designs are made the way they are in an rts game so it doesn't translate as well in infinite
